The Cruise Hub

How To Book

Basic requirements

Our booking process is kept simple and always completed by phone so we can have a recording of the call for quality purposes and a record of the confirmed holiday.

Your cruise consultant will go through the booking procedure with you and answer any questions you may have.

Please ensure you use correct information during the booking process and read our terms & conditions. You will find these are generally consistent with the travel industry.

You have to be over the age of 18. Someone else can book on your behalf, providing they have permission to do so.

Full names, dates of birth and other personal details must be given with complete accuracy so they match your passports and other travelling documents.

Deposit and balance payments

Deposit amounts can vary cruise to cruise, so it is always best to contact us to ask specifically about the cruise you’re interested in.

Making a payment

In order to pay over the phone, we need to ensure that you are the cardholder. If it is someone else’s card, you need to have authorisation from the cardholder to use it, so we will need to speak to them to confirm.

No fees apply for UK debit cards and UK credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), although credit cards may have a maximum spend cap; please check when booking.

Making a small part payment by credit card should qualify you for protection under section 75; please check with your card supplier.

If you can only book outside our regular opening hours for bookings, such as early mornings or late evenings

If you are not available during our normal operational hours, no need to worry. Just simply contact us by email or by phone in advance so we can arrange an appointment for one of our consultants to call you, no matter how late or early it is.

On the other hand, if you leave us an email, submit an enquiry form, or voicemail outside our normal opening hours, we shall respond on our return to the office.
