Who are we?

The Cruise Hub was established by a cruise consultant with experience at some of the largest companies in the industry today. The knowledge and expertise he acquired, combined with his customer-facing role, made him aware of certain practices that could have been enhanced to provide customers with a significantly better booking experience.

Located in Swindon, we offer a booking platform that provides access to some of the finest cruises globally, giving you an extensive selection. We can genuinely accommodate all types of requests and enhance your traditional cruise experience. Being independent from cruise operators means we have no biases, ensuring you secure a holiday that perfectly aligns with your needs and expectations.

Our website is crafted to be highly user-friendly, showcasing a variety of our offers and ideas, which can often be customised to suit your preferences if you wish to modify certain elements. However, if you don’t find a specific cruise on our site that you were thinking of, just reach out to us, and we will locate it for you. We maintain strong relationships with all the leading cruise operators worldwide.

Not around during our opening hours?

If you are not available during our normal operational hours to enquire or book, there is no need to worry. Just contact us by email or phone in advance so we can arrange a convenient time to call you, no matter how late or early it is.

On the other hand, if you leave us an email, submit an enquiry form, or voicemail outside our normal opening hours, we shall respond on our return to the office.

Once you have booked

At the time of booking you will be informed of the post-booking procedure. Generally, you receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Hard copies must be requested at the time of booking if required. Time scales for vouchers and tickets can vary, and you will be informed of these during the booking process.
